To earn FDI Most Wanted, reach police level 5. The official description gives that exact target and no required weapon, class, vehicle, robbery count, or duration. Build attention through ordinary RUNAWAYS gameplay, monitor the live wanted indicator, and wait for normal award processing when level 5 appears.
Prepare for higher police pressure
Stage a fueled vehicle toward open road and identify solid cover. Clear inventory enough to move reliably. Practice the controls and one sight break before deliberately pursuing the badge. Reaching level 5 is the objective, but the run still needs a recovery plan.
Use a vehicle you know rather than testing a new paid pass. A clean route makes it easier to observe wanted progression and survive long enough for the badge to register.
Raise the level through normal play
Perform the game’s ordinary robbery and pursuit actions and watch the displayed level. Do not rely on a copied sequence such as an exact number of stores or vaults unless the current client reproduces it. Beta balance and police response can change.
Avoid scripts, automation, or harassment of other players. A legitimate badge is earned through the live experience. If a video demonstrates a method, treat it as a lead and confirm its date and interface.
Confirm level 5
Read the current wanted indicator and capture it if testing. The badge condition says “You reached police level 5,” so the visible transition is the relevant moment. Wait for normal feedback and check official ownership.
If no award appears, confirm the indicator truly reached 5 rather than approaching it. Retest once in a fresh server. Do not add a Mexico requirement; that belongs to Hardened Criminal.
Survive and recover
Use solid corners to break line of sight, make deliberate turns, and avoid full-speed collisions. No official cooldown or detection formula is published. Watch the live state and preserve fuel.
If the vehicle is trapped, reduce inputs, reverse, and widen the angle. If on foot, the official C control crouches or slides; use it toward cover, not as assumed invulnerability.
Badge checklist
Continue to Hardened Criminal
Once FDI Most Wanted is reliable, Hardened Criminal adds the Mexico escape while level 5 remains active. Learn the ordinary state route first, then combine. Keep the same vehicle and fuel plan so the new challenge is preserving the wanted state.
Do not assume FDI Most Wanted itself needs the border. Its official condition ends at reaching level 5.
Document wanted progression
Record the visible level before and after a normal action, along with the target type, server date, and whether police already had line of sight. Repeat only within safe normal gameplay. This can reveal useful progression without turning one result into a fixed universal formula.
If the indicator jumps or fails to update, wait for server feedback and check a fresh server. Avoid counting units on screen as a substitute for the displayed level. For a crew, each player should inspect their own wanted state; the official description does not say that one member’s level awards the entire vehicle.
Keep the completion evidence focused: level 5 visible, normal badge response, and official ownership. Mexico is not required for this badge.
Sources and confidence
Police level 5 is Official. Vehicle staging and sight-break tactics are Community corroborated. Level formulas, fastest actions, cooldown, and police spawning remain Needs in-game testing.
The public condition does not require survival after the award, a Mexico escape, a vault, a specific weapon, or a paid car. A safe plan helps the player verify completion, but it must remain distinct from the exact trigger.
